**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all IT systems and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics BC to meet the company's needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions within Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Assist employees in resolving IT-related problems and provide technical support to ensure mínimal disruptions to their work.
- Monitor and maintain data security measures, including user access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics BC, and IT project management, and recommend improvements to enhance the company's IT capabilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Train employees on the effective use of Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics BC, and other IT tools as needed.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, with a focus on Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics BC administration.
- Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with system administration, network administration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with data security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
