**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive reviews and verification of all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

prior to Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Handover (HO), and Provisional/Full Acceptance Certificate

(PAC/FAC) processes. Collaborate with Part-1 (NFPs), PMCs, and vendors in this regard.
- Establish and maintain an up to date, consolidated live master tracker, ensuring accessibility and accuracy

for efficient project management.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with regional teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure the dissemination of

updated information and maintain effective communication channels.
- Coordinate site planning, ensuring timely registration in CIMS (Centralized Information Management

System) one month before Technical Self Declaration (TSD) memo signoff.
- Prepare and revise chronologies and justifications for monthly Extension of Time (EOT) requests

submission to the MCMC.
- Initiate and prepare Variation Requests (VRs) and address all MCMC-related claims or audits as required,

demonstrating a proactive approach to regulatory compliance.
- Actively address and resolve any issues related to Universal Service Provision (USP), seeking support from

the Project Manager or relevant stakeholders when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Documentations and Reporting.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and advanced technology tools.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability of influence.
- Good and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to take on a new challenge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
