The Commercial Project Administrator will be a key finance member of our Commercial Project Management community in AP. The person will be taking a variety of project responsibilities, to support the overall team, depending on regional and local requirements, considering peek seasons, outage schedules and local workload. You start every day motivated, strive for improvements and support the organization in its growth. You create transparency and maintain open communication across borders and organizations. You are a real team player.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Cross-country commercial project management and support in close cooperation with the project managers and local teams from the receipt of the order to the end of the warranty with the aim to maximize project results and customer satisfaction
- Definition of the project execution strategy including the tax concept considering the contract specifics and structure
- Project controlling and reporting (e.g. calculation, cost change management, forecast, project review, risk management, claim management, IFRS reporting, closing, budget)
- Management of project payments and foreign currencies (e.g. down payments, financing, currency management)
- Conducting customer negotiations, evaluating and commenting on contract amendments and change orders, including preparing and implementing the limits of authority process in accordance with internal guidelines, for existing projects
- Interfacing and close collaboration with stakeholders such as legal, pm, sales, SCM, CF Tax and Accounting, as well as the regional commercial team.
- Financial analysis and scenario calculation for complex commercial topics and their impacts for the entire project portfolio, as well as for specific countries.
- Continuous improvement of relevant processes, procedures, and tools

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management or a related field
- Experience in other function ie. Accounting, Finance, Procurement or Logistic will have added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office
- An affinity for digital solutions in commercial project management processes
- Very good command in English
