**Position : Administrative Executive**

**Working Location : Petaling Jaya ( near Asia Jaya LRT station )**

**Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 3,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing RFP/EOI: Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Expressions of Interest (EOI) for government and non-government projects.
- Developing Business and Commercial Strategies: Contribute to the development of business and commercial strategies and assist in creating account plans.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts for clients, ensuring they align with organizational standards and requirements.
- Vendor Registration: Take charge of vendor registration with local government authorities, international funding agencies, and non-government bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Online Market Research: Conduct online market research to identify potential business opportunities and tenders.
- Market Intelligence & Business Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and conducting business research to support decision-making.
- Leadership Support: Arrange meetings for leaders within the organization, ensuring schedules are well-organized and efficient.

Requirement:

- Must have degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in handling administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in reviewing and preparing proposals and tenders.
- Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
