Project Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project.
- Assist the project manager(s) with administrative duties and processes.
- Schedule meetings and keep minutes.
- Breakdown the project into doable tasks and estimate the duration.
- Prepare and distribute project materials.
- Implement policies and procedures.
- Create weekly/bi-weekly/monthly workflow.
- Follow up on order resources.
- Track expenses and work on budget forecast
- Monitor progress of the project(s).
- Alert the project manager to issues as they arise.
- Report on team and project performance.
- Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications.
- Assess project risk(s).
- Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs, health, etc.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to project team member(s).
- Collaborate on stakeholder presentations.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and Company policies.
- Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with Company policies and contractual.
**Requirements**:
- 1 or 2 years of work experience from Project Management experience and background or sales engineering experience.
- PMP certificate is advantage.
- SAP knowledge but it is not mandatory.
- Professional level ability with MS Office tools. Experience from MS Project.
- Have IT experienced or knowledge.
- Willing to travel frequently on business work.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
