**Role**:
To manage the logistics, administration and accounting functions of Pertubuhan Bangkit (UPLIFT)
**Responsibilities**:
1. To plan, schedule, manage and monitor the logistics of all UPLIFT projects
2. To report on the logistics of individual projects in terms of operating expenses, resources and cost incurred
3. To liaise with all stakeholders and partners for the SDG projects
4. To record and manage all inflows and outflows in the UPLIFT accounts according to the different projects
5. To be responsible for all accounting entries and cross-checking with the bank statements
6. To report on the weekly and monthly entries, project balance and bank balance
7. To handle all administrative functions of the SDG Projects
8. To administer and manage all correspondence with stakeholders in managing projects
10. To be responsible for all stationery and paraphernalia for UPLIFT
11. Record keeping of all UPLIFT assets
12. Inventory Management of UPLIFT products and goods
13. To transport goods and materials under the different UPLIFT Projects to the communities
14. To liaise with communities and Community Mobilisers on the distribution of goods under UPLIFT’s Projects
1. Experience in accounting and administration at an INGO or NGO
2. Experience in Field Work with an NGO
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Able to work during weekends and after work hours
5. Able to drive independently to locations of vulnerable communities
6. Flexibility in taking on new tasks with multi-tasking abilities
