Administration Clerk

1. Filing and organizing documents accordingly especially documents related to Government sector.
2. Performing general office functions to include _data entry_;; Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Software as the main job scope is preparing Quotation, Invoices and some other official documentations.
4. Coordinating schedules and meetings among Boss and managers or company events.
5. Owns knowledges in system " E-Perolehan", will be added as an advantage.
6. Able to follow instruction from time to time and complete the work task in between the time frame given.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
