**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare, handle and maintaining accurate day-to-day bookkeeping & accounting transactions & costing.
- Assist with general administrative of bank accounts such as creation of the payment voucher to suppliers and employee’s claim on monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly management account documentation for submission to outsource accounting firm.
- Ensure proper accounting records and filling system.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior or management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
- At least 2years experience in Accounting Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and costing.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Good communication in Mandarin/English both oral and written.
