**Where you’ll work**
Every day, publishers and brands around the world work with WoodWing products to create magazines, newspapers, and other content, online, in-app, and in print. At WoodWing, you will help build the future of content production, in an organization with little hierarchy and lots of freedom to develop your own skills.

**Your purpose**:
In this Office Support role, you provide production and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Setting up, configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, repairing and maintaining network infrastructure and IT equipment from hardware to software;
- Dealing with IT vendors to propose and implement IT rollout and optimal operating condition;
- Providing in house IT training on its proper usage;
- Working independently or with fellow team members to troubleshoot and solve IT and production cases;
- Use of ticketing system (SysAdmin-Global);
- Collaborating with immediate superior, cross functional head, and engineering team.

Next to this, you also oversee contractors when professional repairs are required in the office. In this position, you do not perform actual production work as its primary role (such as data tagging, extraction, or coordinating file transfers with publishers) but as a secondary role when deemed urgent or apt under circumstances.

**Who are you?**
- You possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken).
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Knowledge in various operating systems, such as Mac OS X, Windows XP and Windows Vista, and web browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.
- Knowledge of transmission protocols like FTP
- Ability to learn foreign systems quickly
- Willing to work in shifts. (roaster rotate for day and night shift)
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Malaysia and be able to work in Cyberjaya.
