From a position of strength, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), the leader in prestige beauty products, embarked on the Leading Beauty Forward program, chartered to fuel product innovation and enhance market agility. A key element of this strategy was the design of a new way to support its suite of 30 brands globally. The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. New site, new team, new opportunity.

**Position Overview**
In charge of the relationship with our business partners, the OneSource FP&A Regions Manager is expected to be OneSource’s face externally. By managing this relationship, it is responsible of creating trust and the right business knowledge to expand OneSource FP&A catalogue and enable a leaner Finance Organization. Lastly, Solutioning manager is also in charge of driving process harmonization, creating efficiencies and delivering insights that could generate value to the business. As the base of his / her core deliverables is the responsibility of developing a highly effective organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Stakeholder Management with Region’s Finance leaders and Affiliate Finance leaders.
2. Generate strategic insights and analysis. Partner with OS BI&A team to generate value added reports
3. Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions)
4. Lead the selling of OS catalogue with Region and Afiiliate leaders, as well as lead the transition of processes and reports.
5. Generate business awareness and understanding for the OS Region’s organization
6. Generate FP&A Capabilities among OS Solutioning organization
7. Harmonize and Streamline the Region’s catalogue. Identify opportunities among processes and reports.
8. Team leadership: Provides the team with business knowledge, expertise, and effective communication channels for them to manage challenging situations and successfully achieve their short and long-term role objectives.
9. Team building capabilities: Encourage and promote a team mindset for members to improve their financial capabilities, as well as identifying new ways of working to develop enhanced solutions within their different business scenarios.
