Furniture Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of the Company’s Sales Department as well as Sales Direction.
- Responsible for supervising and lead the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- To focus on approaching New Customers for the company.
- In charge of taking care and serving customers from PO receiving all the way to delivery and warranty.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively identify for new business opportunities.
- In charge of coming up with ways to generate sales for the company.
- Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
- In charge of training and taking care of the sales team.
- Oversee the activities of the sales team to ensure their activities abide by the company’s policies and procedures.
- Coaching the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, while taking actions to make room for future growth.
- In charge of training and developing our said new dealers / customers.
- In charge of creating our company’s brand awareness to our industry related profession networks (Architects / Designers / Contractors / etc.)
- To manage and keep track of tender projects follow up.
- To attend to clients' feedback and inquiries.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge and sales experience of the furniture products
- Experience in servicing the above related industries / markets
- Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design/ Architectural/ Business / Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 03 - 05 year sales experience in the related field or similar capacity
- Good in design skill and technical knowledge is an added advantage
- Positive attitude and team leader
- Pleasant personality, good presentation & communication skill
- Computer literate
- Possess own transport
