Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To organise and participate in sales activities or campaigns to increase public awareness and increase sales leads
- To prepare timely and accurate sales reports
- To be actively involved in business development of the Centre and contribute marketing ideas to increase sales and ultimately improve results of the Centre
- To meet and exceed Company’s sales goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
- To deliver high quality customer service and be able to deal with customer’s concerns.
- To build meaningful relationships with Customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer and their family
- To enhance customers’ experience by inviting potential customers to visit centre and lead a pleasant tour
- To provide care, informative messages and proactive follow up service to successful customers
- To prepare necessary documentation, such as Customers details, follow up status and payment update and to ensure all payment due from Customers are collected.
**Requirements**:
- Will be highly regarded if possess experience in similar industry i.e. confinement
- Those with additional skill in specialist areas e.g. Sales /Social Media Marketing / Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Preferably Sales & Customer Service working experiences in Hotel / Hospital / Nursing Home / Resort / Retail or equivalent, minimum three years
- Has initiative and strong integrity, good interpersonal skill and result-driven personality
- Preferred language English & Chinese
- Full time position is available
- Must be willing to work in Balakong/ Cheras area
