**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Location**: Kajang, Selangor
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with office management duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
