Administrative Assistant

Main duties and tasks:
1. To support and assist the Office General Manager in performing the following tasks:
- Maintaining accounting records, client records, and other company records
- Handling couriers and postage, and other day-to-day office administrative matters
- Banking related matters
- Handling clients and other correspondences
- Organising meetings, seminars and other company events
2. Report to the Partners and the Office General Manager
3. Assist and support the Audit and Tax Team in the audit and tax compliance services, including preparing of audit working papers, draft audited accounts, preparing of tax computations, filing of tax returns, communicating with clients and Inland Revenue Board, etc. The job scope also includes checking supporting documents and putting in place proper audit and tax working files.
Skills Required:
- Reasonable verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
