To head the Human Resource function of Moore Malaysia Group, which includes Moore Malaysia Sdn Bhd and the member firms, the job scopes shall include the following:

- **Strategic**
- To lead and/or support strategies on
- Expansion of talent sourcing channels
- Talent’s retention
- Talent’s professional development
- To analyse trends in compensation and benefits and advise the management accordingly.
- To lead continuous improvement of employees’ career path development.
- To manage employees’ issues and conflicts for amicable resolution, as at when needed.

**Operational**
- To support the business units on recruitment/backfills and retention to meet the staffing needs.
- To manage & coordinate the recruitment process, including talent sourcing & screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- To maintain and lead on-going improvement of HR systems and processes.
- To conduct performance and salary reviews.
- To support any performance management initiatives.
- To assume other duties and responsibilities related to HR matters as and when assigned by the management of the company.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
