**JOBSCOPE**
- Office clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
- Support of business operations within a department.
- Assist all the administrative staff, secretaries, and assistants by sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling meetings.
- Able to do Microsoft office.
- Ensure all accounting documentation is correctly stored and highly visible
- Analyze transaction records to comply with financial policies and procedures
- Receive and verify billing and requisitions on any and all goods and services

**OFFICE HOUR**

8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
