Customer Service Executive

**Job Scope**:
- Good & Experience in closing Sales.
- Provide professional customer support.
- Attending and communicating promptly to customer’s needs and queries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
- Good & master in following up with customer
- Communicating and coordinating with team and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
- Able to handle company's social media.
- Able to do IG Live or Tik Tok Live.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum 1 year experienced in related field.
- Must have proven working experience in closing sales.
- Good and precise communication skills.
- Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
- Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
- Good in using computers.
- Experience in handling marketing via social media such as Facebook, Intagram & Tik Tok is an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
