Customer Service Technical Support Executive

About the Company
About the Role
In this position, you will work in a dynamic atmosphere where you would be required to multitask, make time critical decisions, achieve targets before deadline. You need to take care of assigned existing customers. Retain these customers month over month and charge recurring fees along with upsells.
What you will do
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and goals
**Required Skills**:
- Strong customer service and technical support skills
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with other software like CRM is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
