Sales Administration Executive

**Qualification/Requirement**:
- Possess valid D license & own transport.
- Mature, customer oriented, team player and able to work independently.
- Proactive, responsible and are able to lead a team.
- Possess the flexibility to outstation when required.
- Willing to work at Lok Kawi area.
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
2. Meet targeted sales objectives and department objectives.
3. Build and maintain good relationships between customers and new prospects.
4. Identify new business opportunities.
5. Representing company at exhibition and other business events.
6. Monthly stock takes and manage job cards.
7. Documenting sales and processing orders.
8. Ensure sales reports and any ad hoc to be submitted to relevant department.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Proactive leadership. Play a pivotal role in leading, motivating and overseeing the sales team.
2. Good interpersonal skills. Are able to engage with every level or different types of employees or customers.
3. Good team work. Are able to coordinate with sales and other departments in well mannered.
4. Accountability to his/her own work and are willing to take responsibility for the interests of his/her team, other departments and customers to ensure that sales are completed.
5. Are able to adapt to different situations and customer needs, and flexibly to adjust their sales strategies to meet market demands.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
