Strategy and Planning
- Identifies key revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies and execution of plan
- Review, develop and execute retention plans to ensure healthy portfolio
- Analyse & Identifies new opportunity and implements marketing & pricing campaign / strategies to enhance business performance, and improve customer retention & experiences
- Keep abreast, review & implement pricing strategies and opportunities to ensure the offer is competitive with others competitors
- Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time

Business Performance and Management
- Work closely with all stakeholders to drive and implement business strategies and ensure targets are achieved.
- Drives P&L growth and customer portfolio growth for Auto Finance
- Analyse and consolidate monthly management reports on the performance of Auto Finance business
- Work closely with decision management and CBPA team to obtain insights, enrich and improve customer segmentation and portfolio
- Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance relationship
- Support strategic partners in term of portfolio growth and business profitability
- Key liaison party with Group Risk, Credit Team and Sales and having oversight over credit/risk related matters
- Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
