Overview:
THE ROLE:
The Supervisor, Human Resource Services GBS will assist the Manager, HR Services GBS to support the delivery of HR transactional and administrative services across the different GBS HR service catalog for employees within its scope of expertise and/or region(s) of influence.
Additionally, the Supervisor, Human Resource Services GBS will be directly responsible for providing first line leadership to their GBS HR transactional delivery teams. These teams will be responsible for the output, quality, and efficiency of HR transactional services within its scope of expertise and/or region(s) of influence provided by the GBS center for Herbalife Customers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the Centers of Excellence (COEs).
The incumbent will ensure to reach and meet the Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) with internal customers & partners, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all HR transactional services. As part of ongoing reviews and monitoring of controls, the Supervisor, Human Resource Services GBS will need to ensure that all systems, processes, and controls are operating properly to support effectiveness, efficiency, and security of HR transactional services for Herbalife.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job)
- Ensure that all HR transactional processes meet each function’s business needs in the country/region in a user-friendly manner, with global standardization and automation as appropriate.
- Responsible for leading and providing all HR transactional services & support across APAC, including but not limited to Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics.
- Ensure that all HR transactional processes, policies and procedures are carried out properly, legally per country’s legislation, and effectively as well as preparing and coordinating HR & related reports and files across APAC.
- Oversees team of Analysts in delivering transactional services to meet the business needs through continuous evaluation, quality assurances and focused improvement efforts. Ensures an appropriately skilled GBS workforce prior to any services being delivered.
- Ensures collaborative working environments within the team to support knowledge sharing and good practice to ensure service excellence delivered.
- Responsible for daily operations and service provisioning for the HR transactional services team within the Regional Global Business Services Center.
- Supervise performance through metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) covering all HR transactional processes end-to-end to continuous process improvement goals.
- Lead, develop and coach direct reports and their teams to enable each to maximize their optimal individual and team performance.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Supervise a team of analysts to support GBS HR Services for APAC region and potential growth to meet evolving demands.
Work closely with Manager Human Resource Services GBS in evaluate the team performance and provides input for effective staff development opportunities in accordance with department requirements on a continuous basis.
Prioritises the workload and requests for GBS HR Transactional Services analysts.
Motivate employees via Servant Leadership principles and support in creation of career ladders.
Supervise a team of analysts on all HR transactional processes and keep them up to date on changes and ensure compliance.

**Experience**:
- 5 or more years related experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in managing global HR transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in HR, including business services technology, processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Functional knowledge of HR including employment, federal, state, and local laws.
- Desirable experience in managing HR transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in HR.
- Desirable experience Service Delivery or business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment.
