Position Title : QA/QC EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the QA/QC functions of the Company in accordance to quality objectives, standards and good manufacturing practices set by the Company.
- Plan and conduct the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of the products, material or component throughout all phases of processes namely incoming, in-process and outgoing.
- Monitor and review supplier performance and ensure the suppliers understand clearly the Quality Standards of the Company and determine the appropriate inspection procedures to achieve them.
- Provide supports to production in continuous improvement of products quality, initiate and follow up the relevant corrective actions in addressing quality issues related to products and services.
- Manage document control practices as well as to explain business process compliance to internal departments.
- Control the receiving, evaluation, recording, issuance, distribution, withdrawal and storage of all QC / QA related documentation, which includes system, process, product, supplier and customer related complaints log.
- Supervise a team of QC Inspectors in carrying out daily inspections and records, as well as to provide the necessary guidance and training to them.
- To perform any other related duties as and when required.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS Diploma / Professional Certificate or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent.

Technical Knowledge : Must understand technical drawing, technical requirementand system design.

Job Experience : Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant field, anyhow

Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.

Ability to direct the work of others.

Other : Posses highly analytical and negotiation skill.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Self-motivated, independent and hard working.

Willing to work in **Kuching, Sarawak**
