Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Manage in cost estimation, budgetary, tendering and taking off quantity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
- Capable for working under pressure.
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD are an added advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Report to Director & Manager
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for Tender
- Responsible in the costing and contract.
- Assist in preparing variation cost, cost negotiation with clients/consultants/subcontractors and to finalize project account.
- Must be highly capable in preparing and submitting tenders within time line required.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
- Preferable Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

- Basic Salary RM3,000 -RM5,000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual & medical leave provided (Depend of Your Experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
