JOB PURPOSE To be responsible for and provide all daily operational requirements of the security services and operational support for the Syopz Mall Management in the Lakeside Campus Commercial Block. To act as frontline for the security department in providing services and support to the Facility Manager of Complex Management. KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES - Reporting of roll call report at every day of duty
- 0645hrs (day shift) and 1845hrs (night shift) - To ensure present of all staff for daily duty reporting, submit absenteeism and report for replacement staff, if required - To ensure submission of Daily Reports, Deployment Report, observation of Syopz Tenant’s Business Opening/Closing Report towards submission to Syopz Management - To perform patrolling of the Boardwalk premises including carparks and tenants premises - Attend to contractor’s enquiries, work permit checking, validate their work permit, the workers work permit validity and the final issuance of work passes and to alert the Project Manager of the project. - Entertain enquiries from Visitors, Students, Staff and others. - All Lost and found to be strictly supervised by the Sergeant/Sub Inspector. - All clamping to be done by Sergeant’s supervision and release to be authorized by only by Sub Inspector/Sergeant. - Ensure all clocking/patrols are carried properly and at the stipulated times. - Attending to enquiries by telephone /intercom from Student’s, Visitors. Staff or others. - To monitor and observe the activation of Fire Alarm System, point isolation, assist PIC of the location for immediate checking of the situation. - Attend to all incidents within the Boardwalk and report submission to then Syopz Management, particulars of drivers. - Attend to incident(s) and response immediately to the scene, taking particulars/statements, photographs, view replay of CCTV footage and finding evidence towards report to the Syopz Management - Ensure no abuse of any inventory and all are accounted for vide the Hand over/Receive document to be issued/signed by the Day/Night shift Sergeants - To attend to any lift breakdown and communicate via intercom for mantrap cases - To immediately response to any siren activation from the Security Guard Post at the U-turn - To attend to complaints/problems from tenants - To make sure the Security Control is always manned and able to attend to any required situation at any times - To ensure all documents/forms/books etc. are duly issued and properly maintained at the SCR - To replace any Aps/Security personnel on breaks or as required - To ensure that all Aps/ Security personnel change of location is smoothly affected, all posts are manned and the task carried out satisfactorily. - To ensure that all APS/Security personnel follow the daily roster to allow a smooth operation. Minimum Qualification - A Diploma holder in related field, safety and security or general administration skill is encouraged to apply. - Minimum of 5 years of working experience in highly dynamic handling security issues and manage situation;
- Experience in startup operations will be an added advantage.
