HR/admin Assistant

_**Responsibilities**_
- Handling Foreign Worker permit renewal. (FOMEMA, Insurance, Passport Renewal)
- Assist with document preparation for Immigration issues that requires counter service and enforcement.
- Process recruitment of local Security Guard and Vetting using eSIM website.
- Manage renewal of the company licenses. (KDN, PIKM, MOF etc.)
- Assist Manager with daily task given.
- Statutory payments. (EPF, SOCSO, PCB and HRDF LEVY)
- **Requirements**_
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
- Must have own transportation.
- Good proficiency in English and Malay.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
