**Responsibility**:

- Updating account records, data/journal entries for posting in the accounting system
- Assist in AP and AR functions, and general accounting
- Updating and handling daily sales data and performing payment reconciliation and filing;
- Update Monthly Company Sales data and report;
- Assist in handling quarterly stock count;
- To maintain in Account System in an accurate manner;
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently and complete tasks within the time frame given.
- Able to work in a team and work under pressure.
- Able to use and operate accounting software and Microsoft Office. Good on **Microsoft Excel**, If you know **SQL Accounting Software** will be an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
