Admin Office - To ensure all department files are updated on Google Drive, Hardcopy (Filing) and Softcopy - To prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly report to Director 2. Link with other Departments (to ask latest reports and plans) - Authorities: To call/meet and update any necessities (MBSA, BOMBA, JAIS, JKM etc) - HR: To ensure all staffs/management follow the school and government rules - Finance: To ensure all accounts are updated with bank (Nuh’s Ark Chilcare Centre and Sekolah Rendah Islam Integrasi Madrasati) - Marketing: New ideas to implement for target annual sales of 100 students - Sales: Improved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer services to parents - Operation: To conduct and organize staffs/management weekly meeting - Development: To prepare budget for unfinished jobs/renovations and future plans.
