**_Responsibility_**
- Collaborate with creative agencies and/or produce in-house engaging contents for digital marketing strategy implementation. This includes
- Simple copywriting
- Artworks/posters/still images of hotels and properties on sale
- 30-second videos or reels (from scripting to filming and editing)
- Develop paid ads strategies and manage ads
- Plan and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms
- Assist in preparing marketing material such as properties' info pack, with tidy formatting and elegant use of images and graphics
- Analyse data to work out what is next required and implement changes to improve performance of marketing campaigns
- Follow up with leads from digital marketing campaigns by proactively contacting interested customers, providing product knowledge upon enquiry as well as furnishing our marketing material
- Attempt to convert "Leads" to do "Viewing", conduct property viewings (travel allowances provided) and close sales (sign PA) with commission/bonus upon signing.

**_Requirements_**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or any related field
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for staying up to date with latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc. would be a bonus
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Added advantage if you have experience in real estate and/or video editing
