- **~Responsibilities~**_
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the financial platform
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Become and remain knowledgeable about financial products and community standards
- **~Requirements~**_
- 4大卒:新卒、中途採用も可能
- 専門・短大卒:3~5年以上のの職務経歴がある方
- 高卒:5~7年以上の職務経歴がある方
- 特別な経歴は必要ありませんが、顧客をサポートすることに情熱を持っている方募集中
- カスタマーサービスの経験をお持ちの方大歓迎
- 金融関係の専攻だった方や金融関係の仕事をしたことある方大歓迎
- 夜勤働ける方
