Executive, Housekeeping

Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to maintain a pristine environment throughout the golf club.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify cleanliness issues and take corrective action as needed.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and complaints related to cleanliness, taking appropriate measures to address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, cleaning logs, and maintenance reports.
**Job Requirement**
- Min Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant background
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry or a similar setting
- Min 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
