Roles and responsibilities include:

- Answering phone calls and making phone calls
- Ensuring office is opened and ready for operations every day
- Attending to clients at the office
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu fluently. Any additional language such as Mandarin may be an advantage but not necessary.
- Preparing drinks and foods for clients and partners
- Overseeing the office housekeeping such as cleanliness
- Supervising cleaners
- In charge of and liaising with dispatch to ensure service and delivery of documents are efficient and on time
- other roles and responsibilities as may be instructed by the partners from time to time.
