**Position**: Administrative Executive
**Location**: Mon't Kiara
**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday, 5 days
**Industry**: Chemical Industry

**Responsibilities**:
The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our office. The incumbent will also be responsible for various tasks as assigned by the management.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and conducive working environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, coordinating with relevant vendors.
**Document Control**:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room setup, agenda distribution, and post-meeting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports for meetings.
**Travel Arrangements**:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for employees as required.
**Communication Liaison**:
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and management, addressing inquiries and disseminating relevant information.
**Data Entry and Reporting**:
- Input and maintain accurate data in the company's databases.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
**Assist in HR Functions**:
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Computer literate with a good understanding of office software.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess own transport.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
