Recruitment
- Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department - National Support Office / Regional Support Office or Clubs.
- Source, interview and select staff that best fit the company’s needs and culture.
- Conduct pre-screening, background check, reference check for the hiring manager for club level, National Support Office, and Regional Support Office.
- Monitor and verify request for replacement or additional headcount, compare with budget and share the information with the hiring manager.
- Ensure processing of the recruitment pack is executed effectively and within the expected timeline.
- Conduct orientation program for all new staff.
- Prepare recruitment kits (Recruitment Presentation Slide, Referral Program etc.).
- Supporting any events that are held by recruitment/HR team. i.e., career fairs, open career days, centralized PT recruitment, etc.
- Supporting the hiring managers in their enquiries on recruitment matters.
Data Administration
- Key information and keep track of all newly hired status.
- Support for payroll activities and enquiries when required.
- Ensure proper filing for all new employees’ personal records.
Issuance of Letter
- Any other report assigned or required by management.
- Prepare the Letter of Offer and hiring related letters to the employees.

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in related major/discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruitment in an MNC organization
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented and flexible in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations, demonstrating high personal and professional integrity.
- Actively pursuing continuous improvement in HR processes
- Outstanding communication
- Ability to work in the fast pace and complex environment.
- Able to multi-task, result driven and resourceful.
