**Responsibilities**:
**1. Reception Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment at reception, meeting rooms and pantry.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to different departments as required, including documentation for vendor registration and tender submission.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate office meetings and events.
- To arrange Dispatch with 3rd party courier service on the goods/ document’s delivery to oversee/outstation.
- Register project / business license with the government department.
- To assist in Account Receivable matters such as follow-up on payment collection and sending SOA as and when needed.

**3. Communication**:

- Distribute internal and external communications efficiently.

**4. Office Supplies and Inventory**:

- Monitor and replenish office and vending machine supplies by daily basis.
- Keep track of inventory and place orders as needed.

**5. Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Input data accurately into databases.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records.

**6. Facility Management**:

- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with relevant service providers.
- Report and address any facility-related issues promptly.

**7. Ad-hoc**
- Responsible for any ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance Operation Manager from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administrations or relevant field.
- **Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.**:

- Good in MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. Power Point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English.
- Independent, Detail-oriented, and Responsible, Multi-tasking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
