2.) Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (queries, client complaint etc.)
3.) Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues or clients.
4.) Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
5.) Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6.) Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly.
