**Job description**

Job Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and assist agent
- To ensure proper documentations, filling systems, data management and data safekeeping
- Generate data entries, sales invoice and manage CMS System
- Operate office machines, such as photocopies and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Help organize office activities.
- Answer inquiries about company
- Call maintenance person in charge for wifi, toshiba machine, lift and others.
- Restock supply closet with printing paper, files and folders and stationaries.
- Restock pantry and toilet supply.
- Ensure office cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in any related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate in documentation procedure and processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
