Admin Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handling office tasks including but not limited to filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and ordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements including but not limited to booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to draft letters, generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
- Assisting in execution of events.
- Understanding company product and brand.
- Tracking orders for office & inspection on good received
- Assisting with analyses and reports.
- Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations.
- Assist all internal and external Human Resource related inquiries or requests.
- Assist in contacting contractors as needed by Republik Damansara Height.
- Assist in maintaining records of tenants.
- To perform any other duties assigned from time-to-time
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
