As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations and providing excellent after-sales service to our clients. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, office management, supporting the team, welcoming guests, and others.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide necessary information, or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate visitor access and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.

- Oversee the office's general cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and workflows.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Assist photographing for marketing and promotional materials

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in office administration, office operations, and after-sales service.
- Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with basic photography techniques and experience in product photography is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
