3. Be aware of unit costs and monitor and compare daily progress on site with that of the project’s estimate. Review elements that impact construction risk, cost and manage cash flow to achieve the profit target. Understand and integrate diverse functions for process improvement and cost optimization.

4. Preparation of project budgets, monitoring of project expenses, taking corrective actions and regular updates on status of project.

5. Analyse contractual terms and provides guidance to the team with regard to contractual matters.

6. Manage the project to ensure that the project completes on time, with compliance with specified quality and HSE requirements.

7. Ensure that the Company’s Quality and HSE Systems are adhered to at all times.

8. Achieve total completion of the project and obtain the Certification of Practical Completion

Requirement:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. At least 15 year(s) of construction experience of the building works (large scale)

3. Experience in fast-track building construction brings with it inherent added advantages.

4. Must have ability to plan a construction project and prepare a construction program with planning team. Identify and anticipate site and construction problems and implement workable solutions.

5. Must have the ability to read, interpret, analyse and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.

6. High proficient in English, demonstrating strong communication skills, and adeptness in both spoken and written form of expression.

7. Willing to work full-time in Bukit Mertajam.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 4 years (preferred)
