Civil Engineering/Architecture- Responsible for BIM overall implementation plan.
- Liaise with BIM Manager / Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs and requirement.
- Support and coordinate drawing/technical issue for tender development.
- Create 3D model and prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality.
- Execute and maintain the BIM execution plan.
- Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies.
- Ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Provide training to project staff who are new to BIM.
- Ad hoc assignments.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- BIM Engineer with CSA background (MEP will be a bonus) and more than 5 years construction site work experience.
- Skill in drawing software Revit and do coordination and modelling works (Revit/ Navisworks/ ACC). Able to create section/ plan drawing from the model.
- Possess good technical knowledge on site matters.
- Full time based on site and able to work outstation. (first project station in Penang)
- We will consider junior Engineer but must have experience in BIM and has site experience.**English Level**:
