Pa to Manager/ Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling day-today tasks and provide secretarial assistance to the Manager.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
- To assists Manager to communicate and coordinate with all levels of managements and staffs.
- Compile, update and generate reports when necessary.
- Handle multiple projects or task and follow up accordingly.
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems.
- Handle information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate office procedures and take dictation.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
**Job Requirements & Qualification**:
- Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in Administrative or similar role.
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Independent, positive working attitude, good coordination and communication skills.
- Efficient in time management, good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
