**Tenure : 1 year contract ( renewable basis )**

**Salary : RM 4000- RM 4500**

**Job Responsibilties**
- Ensure quality sources from agency vendors to provide desired flow of recruits to hiring managers.
- Execute approved processes according to standard methods to ensure deliverables are completed as required in a timely manner.
- Maintain business and industry knowledge to guide projects in strategic delivery decisions.
- Partner with other teams (recruiting, HR PA, Talent Connectors) to understand current and future demands and come up with solutions ahead of time.
- Oversee the compliance process of onboarding contractors (locals and expats); including NDA, BGC, and other onboarding documents are submitted.
- Monitor EP updates from vendor to ensure resources onboard in a timely manner.
- Monitor overall renewal and extension process for contractor lifecycle.
- Manage issues and escalations pertaining to contractors.
- Manage other processes (resignation, termination, roll-offs, and conversions).
- Deliver business and industry knowledge to guide stakeholders in strategic delivery decisions.
- Conduct weekly checkpoints with various project and stakeholders on the status of recruitment activities.
- Manage the performance of vendors to ensure that service delivery and process requirements are being met.
- Continuously benchmark to identify leading practices and measure service performance of existing vendors against appropriate external standards.
- Perform supplier and market risk analysis.
- Negotiate contracts to achieve the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the business strategy.

**Job Requirement**
- Degree in Human Resource Management, or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, processes and methodologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be resourceful, meticulous, target driven and able to work independent.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
