1. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete onboarding process for contractors, including identification, sourcing, screening, and extending offers based on skill requirements.
- Execute approved processes according to standard methods, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date business and industry knowledge to inform strategic delivery decisions.
- Collaborate with other teams (recruiting, HR PA, Talent Connectors) to anticipate and address current and future demands.
- Supervise compliance processes for onboarding contractors (locals and expats), including NDA and background check submissions.
- Monitor updates from vendors to ensure timely onboarding of resources.
- Oversee the renewal and extension process throughout the contractor lifecycle.
- Manage issues and escalations related to contractors, as well as other processes like resignations, terminations, roll-offs, and conversions.

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Provide business and industry insights to guide stakeholders in strategic delivery decisions.
- Conduct weekly checkpoints with various projects and stakeholders to update on recruitment activities.

3. Vendor Management:

- Monitor vendor performance to ensure service delivery and process requirements are met.
- Continuously benchmark to identify best practices and measure service performance against external standards.
- Conduct supplier and market risk analysis.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable commercial agreements with suppliers aligned with business strategy.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

2. Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technology Recruiting (added advantage).

3. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing. Strong articulation of thoughts is essential.

4. Demonstrates an aggressive, high-energy, driven, and resilient approach to recruiting, with a can-do attitude and a down-to-earth demeanor. Willingness to learn is key.

5. Possesses meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision, which will be advantageous.

6. Exhibits a compassionate and consultative mindset, supporting both the recruitment process and stakeholder management.

7. Demonstrates cooperative and collaborative behavior, able to work effectively with various teams.

8. Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and adapting to an ever-changing environment.

9. Capable of working within a diverse team environment, fostering inclusivity and teamwork.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
