**Developing Marketing Strategies**:
○ Creating comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives such as create business development roadmap and budgeting slide presentation for 2024.

○ Identifying target audiences and defining key messaging whenever wanted to blast information such copywriting for webinar, townhall and any ad hoc events.
- Content Creation:
○ Collaborating with Corporate Communications Department for visually appealing materials especially for poster and corporate copywriting.
- Digital Marketing:
○ Executing digital campaigns using Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and social media advertising.

○ Analyzing and optimizing digital performance by look for an ideas on how to make the marketing copywriting become trendy and catchy but in a corporate format.
- Market Research:
○ Conducting research regarding webinar survey, townhall survey, feedback survey after an event and FAQ for the webinar session.

○ Gathering clients feedback and insights for informed decision-making.
- Event Planning:
○ Coordinating and executing marketing events for the company.

○ Managing logistics and promotional activities for townhall events (alliance with Corporate Communications Department)

○ Arrange and handle site visit for an event

○ Surveying places for townhall event.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
○ Working closely with Sales Unit and Corporate Communications Department to align marketing efforts.

○ Coordinating with external vendors and agencies when necessary.
- Analytics and Reporting:
○ Utilizing analytics tools to measure events (Webinar, Townhall) effectiveness.

○ Prepare report with pie chart and any relevance and insights to inform future marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
