Requirements:
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask & manage time wisely
- Punctual & good attendance record
- Possess good writing skill, communication & interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent & critical issues first
- Malaysia driving license
- Neat & tidy appearance
- Clear criminal record
- Might require to work on weekend/evenings occasionally (if needed, OT will be paid)
- May be required to drive outstation occasionally (if needed)
**Responsibilities**:
- Bookkeeping updates
- Compile & pass to Accountants monthly bookkeeping documents
- Update Project Payment Record & prepare for CEO's overview
- Upkeep of office utilities
- Coordinate home office cleaner's
- Remind CEO of outstanding tasks for company operation progress
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Drive CEO to meetings
- Run CEO's personal errands
- Organize documents for CEO's decision making process together with Project Design & Studio Master
- Point of communication between CEO & Design Studio for schedule arrangement
- Keep track of CEO's schedule
- Ad hoc tasks requested by CEO
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
