**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for rendering secretarial duties and clerical support
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling highly sensitive documents at any time during and after your employment.
- Assist Director in market research work.
- Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Organizing events & conferences.
- Tasks assigned submitted in a timely and accurate manner and willing to work overtime when necessary.

- **Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Good interpersonal skill with pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Good work coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferably with own transport
- Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Possess a passionate and positive attitude in a fast-paced working environment.
