**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the RTE food production line, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **Process Improvement**: Continually assess production processes to identify areas for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles and innovative solutions.
- **Quality Control**: Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Ensure all products meet or exceed regulatory and company specifications.
- **Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the management of raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure all production equipment is maintained in excellent working condition, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed to minimize downtime.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and progress towards goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Manufacturing/Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in RTE or Western cuisine products.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) and quality management systems.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, product quality, and team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
