Perform first-off inspection and testing, sampling inspection at defined interval frequency (In-process and printing inspection)
- Utilize approval sample to determine the acceptance of printing or product appearance
- Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tools are displayed and available at work station during production operation.
- Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.
- Report timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.
- Perform receiving inspection of materials and supplies (Incoming Inspection)
- Perform outgoing inspection of delivery finished goods (Outgoing Inspection)
- Ensure a good housekeeping practices in the QC sample room and laboratory.
- To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
- To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives.
- Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions. Devise the appropriate actions necessary to identify and implement corrective action.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
