**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the technical support in the company.

2. Ensure the normal day to day operations of servers, computers and other hardware/peripheral devices in office.

3. Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

4. Supervise projects activities.

5. Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.

6. Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.

7. Manage expectations, control and track project performance.

8. Reporting project status on a weekly basis to customer and the project team.

9. Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.

10. Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

**Requirements**:
2. Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support

3. Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and delivering a solution from our vendors

4. Must have at least one (1) year of practical experience in IT department

5. Preferably to have practical experience using Oracle SQL Developer for more than 1 year in various work tasks.

6. Capable of independently creating Oracle SQL scripts, including the skill to compose SELECT statements from scratch, showcasing a strong proficiency in SQL

7. Good knowledge of DELL computer hardware, computer troubleshooting. Fundamental in networking such as LAN, WAN & Security

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
