HR Manager Job Scope: 1.Recruitment Management: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for positions such as anchors, live streaming teams, and other relevant roles. Manage the anchor team to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast business and handle daily employee issues. 2. Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage compensation calculations and distribution, as well as the administration of employee benefit plans. 3. Compliance with Labor Laws: In-depth understanding and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws to ensure HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements. Handle matters related to employee contracts, labour agreements, and regulations, ensuring legal compliance throughout the employment lifecycle. 4. Payroll: Assists with payroll processing, including maintaining payroll records, processing payroll changes, and resolving payroll-related inquiries. 5. Other HR related roles e.g. employee relationship, domestic inquiry etc. Requirements: 1. Degree in business / human resources or any related background. 2. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and related regulations. 3. Strong communication,problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of addressing various HR challenges. 4. Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks. 5. Excellent in Microsoft office skills. 6. Good in speaking, read and write Mandarin ( need to liaise with China HQ), English and Bahasa Malaysia
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
